Dosage

1 Heaped Scoop/Day (+/-13g)

Take 1 heaped scoop daily in the morning with your shake, cereal or smoothie or as prescribed by your healthcare professional.

Shake — Combine with hot or cold water or your favourite beverage.
Blend — Blitz with fruits, berries, veggies or any of your favourite ingredients to create power smoothies.
Eat — Mix with yoghurt or your favourite breakfast, cereal or snack.
Patients with a known sensitivity to the ingredients, with pre-existing gastro-intestinal conditions or on chronic medication start with a lower dose and work up to the maximum dose.
